CCTV and other surveillance imagery is used for purposes of maintaining the safety and security of our premises and managing any operational incidents. The lawful justification for this processing is our legitimate interest in securing our property and data.

We shall only disclose personal data to (i) companies within the KONVE Group for the purposes outlined herein ; or (ii) in the event of a corporate re-organisation or sale, in which case personal data we hold may be transferred to the new entity.

KONVE does not sell or lease personal data to third parties. Disclosure will only occur with your permission or where it is strictly necessary to deliver the products and services you have ordered. For example, we disclose data to a credit card company to validate payments and may engage with Credit Reference Agencies to assess creditworthiness.

Should any of our processing activities or service delivery require your personal data to be transferred outside of the United Kingdom, we will ensure that the data is protected by legally-approved safeguards.

Any content you submit to us via social media platforms will be governed by the terms of that platform and may be made public. We do not control such platforms and are not responsible for this sharing. We recommend you review the privacy policies of any social media platforms you use. Any content you post on our blogs or review services will be shared with other members of that service and the public. Data Concerning Children

Our products and services are not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Data Retention Period

To ensure compliance with our legal data protection obligations, we retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was acquired. Generally, this means data is retained for the duration of your service with us and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Following this period, the data will be securely deleted. Data held on our prospect database is retained for a reasonable period, determined by your engagement with us, subject to your right to unsubscribe at any time. For unsuccessful job applicants, data will be held for 12 months post-recruitment for legal and audit purposes.

KONVE acknowledges the increasing concern among its customers regarding the protection of personal information from misuse and abuse. We are constantly reviewing and enhancing our technical, physical, and managerial procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction. We use industry-standard TLS certificates to provide encryption of data in transit. It should be noted that communications over the Internet are not inherently secure unless encrypted. KONVE cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.
